Arrafie Market: a neighbourhood supermarket selling to its whole city
A neighbourhood supermarket selling to its whole city: cash on delivery, Arabic and French, and local couriers.
What we built
- An online store and a mobile app on one shared backend
- Cash-on-delivery checkout, with order confirmation by phone and dispatch to local couriers
- Separate staff apps for the confirmation agents and the delivery staff, each with their own queue and statistics
- A store in Arabic, French and English
- An administration where the shop manages its catalogue, orders and site content
Like every project in our portfolio, it was designed, built and put live by NeedBridge, and everything listed here can be checked on the live site, arrafiemarket.com.
