Four steps. No mystery, no monthly surprises.

Scope
One call, then a written scope: what ships, what deliberately doesn't, how long it takes and what it costs. You approve it before a line of code exists.

Build in the open
Weekly builds land on your own phone through TestFlight and the Play internal track. You watch it become real, week by week, not at the end.

Launch
We take it through store review, including the rejections. Privacy policy, data-safety forms, screenshots, pricing, payouts and the developer accounts. All handled.
04
Operate or hand over
We keep shipping updates and watching the crash reports, or we hand you a documented codebase and every account key, and you own it outright.
