Privacy Policy
This policy explains what happens to personal data in connection with the website needbridgellc.com (the “Site”), operated by NeedBridge LLC (“NeedBridge”, “we”, “us”).
The short version
This Site is a brochure. It has no accounts, no forms, no shopping cart and no advertising. We do not run third-party analytics, we do not set advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share data with data brokers. If you email us, we read your email — that is essentially the whole story.

What we collect on the Site
- Nothing you type. There are no forms on this Site. The contact buttons open your own email client; nothing is submitted to us until you choose to press send in your own software.
- Local browser preferences. Your chosen colour theme and language are stored in your browser's local storage under the keys
nb-themeandnb-lang. These never leave your device, are not cookies, and are not readable by us. Clearing your browser data removes them. - Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard web-server request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) for security and reliability. These are generated by the hosting infrastructure, retained for a limited period, and not used to profile visitors.
Third parties
The Site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which means your IP address and user agent are visible to Google for that request. No other third-party service is embedded — no analytics, no tag managers, no social pixels, no embedded video, no chat widgets.
Hosting is provided by Hostinger, which processes server logs on our behalf as described above.
If you email us
When you contact contact@needbridgellc.com, we receive whatever you send: your name, email address, and the content of your message, including attachments. We use it only to reply to you, to scope and quote work, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is commercially relevant, and delete it on request unless we are required to retain it.
Client project data
When we build or operate software for a client, any personal data inside that product belongs to the client, who is the data controller for it. NeedBridge acts as a processor under the written agreement for that engagement, and that agreement — not this policy — governs how such data is handled. This policy covers only the Site.
Legal basis and your rights
Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis is legitimate interest: operating a secure website and responding to people who choose to contact us. You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to processing, and to receive a copy. Write to contact@needbridgellc.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.
Children
The Site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
International transfers
NeedBridge is a United States company operating from Morocco, and our hosting provider operates internationally. Email and server logs may therefore be processed outside your own country.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date at the top. The date above always reflects the version in force.
