These terms govern your use of the website needbridgellc.com (the “Site”), operated by NeedBridge LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States (“NeedBridge”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you accept these terms.

1. What this Site is

The Site presents information about NeedBridge and the software work we have carried out. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, a warranty, or professional advice you should act on without talking to us first.

2. Engagements are separate

Any actual work — a build, an audit, an ongoing partnership — is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, covering scope, price, timeline, intellectual property, confidentiality and liability. Where anything on this Site conflicts with that agreement, the signed agreement controls. Descriptions of process, timelines and inclusions on this Site are indicative and do not form part of any contract.

3. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, code, the NeedBridge name and the NeedBridge logo are owned by NeedBridge and protected by intellectual property law. You may read, print and share pages for your own evaluation purposes. You may not copy the Site's design or code for a competing offering, or use our name or logo to imply an endorsement or a partnership that does not exist.

Product names, icons and marks shown in the work section — including Tablio, Hrfti, Ajinthasbo, ShopTMS and Autoshine — identify projects built by NeedBridge and remain the property of their respective owners. Other trademarks referenced, such as Apple, App Store, Google Play, Firebase and PostgreSQL, belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

4. Accuracy

We keep the Site accurate and update it as projects progress, but technical details, project status and figures describe a moment in time and may become out of date. The Site is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or availability.

5. Third-party links

The Site links to external websites and app-store listings that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its hosting infrastructure, to probe or scan it for vulnerabilities without our prior written permission, to interfere with its availability, to scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or to use it for anything unlawful.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeedBridge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising out of your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page, bearing the date at the top, is the version in force. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Site, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property.
