Store launch and compliance

Submissions, review rejections, privacy policies and the paperwork that blocks launches.

Getting an app built is not the same as getting it live. Store accounts, data-safety declarations, privacy policies, tracking consent and account-deletion requirements are the unglamorous part of a launch, and they are exactly what stalls projects that never had them planned in. We handle developer-account setup, submission, review rejections and every required legal page, so the technical work does not stall at the finish line.

How it runs

  1. 1

    Set up the accounts early

Developer accounts and legal pages are prepared before the app is finished, since Apple review alone can take days and should not be the last step.

  2. 2

    Write the privacy documentation honestly

The privacy policy and data-safety form describe what the app actually collects, because a mismatch between the two is a common cause of rejection.

  3. 3

    Submit and monitor

We track the review status and respond to reviewer questions the same day, rather than checking once a week.

  4. 4

    Fix and resubmit if rejected

A rejection is treated as routine feedback, addressed and resubmitted, typically within a day or two.

Common questions

How long does App Store review actually take?
Typically one to three days for a first submission, often faster for updates. A rejection adds a cycle, which is why we prepare the legal pages and account setup well before the code is finished.
Do we need an account-deletion flow?
If the app has user accounts, yes: both Apple and Google now require an in-app way to delete an account and its data, not just a support email. We build it as part of the app, not as an afterthought.
What is a data-safety form and why does it matter?
It is Google Play's declaration of what data your app collects and why. It has to match what the app actually does; a mismatch is one of the more common and avoidable rejection reasons we see.
